Baker Mayfield must spend a ton of time grinding tape. Because his pop culture knowledge seems to end sometime around 2015. We've seen him reference Lil Wayne, DMX, "Talladega Nights," and "Parks and Recreation" in post-game conferences this season.

But he's really outdone himself this time, as he referenced a classic quote from an episode of "The Office" that aired back in 2007.

To Mayfield's credit, following Dwight Schrute's philosophy seems to be working. His aversion to doing anything an idiot would do has helped him avoid interceptions, as Mayfield has now thrown 156 consecutive passes without getting picked. His last interception came back in late October.

Week 13 was perhaps the best game of Mayfield's NFL career. He went 25-of-33 for 334 yards and 4 TDs to no picks.

If he looks anything like that against the Baltimore Ravens in Week 14, expect Mayfield to describe himself as "Hard working. Alpha male. Jackhammer. Merciless. Insatiable."
