With Oklahoma star QB and 2018 Heisman-trophy winner Kyler Murray expected to throw his name into the 2019 NFL Draft and forgo a career with the Oakland Athletics in the MLB, there's a chance we see Murray come off the board early in the NFL Draft. Here are the six NFL teams that would make the most sense drafting Murray this spring.

6. Miami Dolphins – No. 15 Pick

In order for the Dolphins to snag Murray in the 2019 NFL Draft, this pick would almost certainly require a trade. However, it's unlikely that four of the first five teams selecting in this year's draft are after a QB, so the phones should be open on draft night. With Tannehill battling injuries over the past two consecutive seasons, the Dolphins could be looking to restart with a talent like Murray.

5. Washington Redskins – No. 15 Pick

Similar to the Dolphins, the Redskins will almost certainly have to trade up to grab Murray. But after Alex Smith suffered a broken fibula and tibia in a gruesome Week 11 injury this season, the Redskins also lost backup Colt McCoy to a season-ending injury a little more than a week later. Washington burned through two more backups in Mark Sanchez and Josh Johnson to end the season, so the Redskins should be heavily rooted in the hunt for a QB like Murray in the 2019 NFL Draft.

4. Denver Broncos – No. 10 Pick

Case Keenum's first season of his two-year contract is over and it's safe to say he didn't exactly raise any eyebrows in Denver that would warrant an extension. The Broncos have been searching for a QB solution since Peyton Manning retired and it's clear that neither Paxton Lynch nor Keenum are the answer.

3. Oakland Raiders – No. 4 Pick

To say Jon Gruden's first season of his 10-year contract with the Raiders didn't go as planned would be an understatement. With the upcoming move to Las Vegas after next season and a new coach in Gruden, Oakland seems to be on track for a fresh start after trading away Khalil Mack and Amari Cooper too. Throw in the fact that Derek Carr has seen a massive regression under Gruden and the Raiders could be the on the market for a QB of the future. Not to mention, Oakland has the highest draft pick among NFL teams in need of a QB.

2. Jacksonville Jaguars – No. 7 Pick

The Blake Bortles project continues to fail in Jacksonville, and after a 2018 season that saw a significant drop on the defensive side of the ball, the severity of Jacksonville's QB problems were further exposed. Backup QB Cody Kessler certainly hasn't looked like the future either.

1. New York Giants – No. 6 Pick

There's been a lot of buzz surrounding the connection between Ohio State's Dwayne Haskins and the Giants since he declared for the NFL Draft, but Murray throwing his name into the mix changes everything. It'd be a fun story to see Haskins, a childhood fan of the Giants who grew up in New Jersey, get selected by Big Blue, but passing on Murray would be an incredibly tough decision.
