Rob Gronkowski has frustrated his fantasy owners this season thanks to a slew of injuries and missed games. However, if his performance against the New York Jets is any indication, the All-Pro tight end could be a difference-maker heading into the fantasy playoffs.

Gronkowski had a respectable 13.1 FanDuel fantasy points against the Jets on Sunday afternoon, catching 3-of-7 targets for 56 yards and a touchdown. That kind of production is a good sign moving forward, but what's even more encouraging is that he played on 99 percent of New England's offensive snaps.

Knowing Gronk, it wouldn't be all that surprising if he sat out that one snap on purpose. But all kidding aside, his usage against the Jets should make his fantasy owners very optimistic if they're headed into their fantasy playoffs, despite Gronkowski's up-and-down season.

Gronk is getting healthy at the right time and, with that kind of volume when he's on the field, his fantasy owners should consider him an elite option to close out the season.
