Just when you thought the Cleveland Browns organization couldn't wow you with bizarre strategic moves anymore: welcome to Sunday morning of Week 11.

The Browns have reportedly expressed interest in interviewing former US Secretary of State, Condoleezza Rice, for a head coaching position in Cleveland after firing Hue Jackson earlier this season.

Rice would be the first female head coach in NFL history if she was hired.

Needless to say, when The Duel put together a list of seven likely coaching replacements for Hue Jackson, Condoleezza Rice was not one of them. But crazier things have happened before.

The Browns fired Hue Jackson earlier this season and the Browns current head coach is Gregg Williams.

A native of Birmingham, Alabama, Rice is both a known and respected football fan with a wealth of knowledge for the game, which earned her a spot on the inaugural College Football Playoff Committee formed back in 2014.

However, just ask Alabama Crimson Tide head coach Nick Saban. Coaching success and grasp on the game of football between the NFL and college football are wildly different things.
