Dez Bryant will visit with the Saints this week, as New Orleans looks to potentially fill the void left by Ted Ginn Jr.

Bryant, were he to sign, might act as a similar fantasy option to Ginn, albeit with a lower ceiling, considering his speed isn't that of Ginn's.

With Michael Thomas accounting for 33 percent of the Saints' total catches, best-case scenario is Bryant would ultimately turn into a touchdown-dependent WR3. Rookie WR Tre'Quan Smith has also emerged as a budding star and veteran TE Ben Watson also gets his fair share of targets.

Outside of the wide receiving corps, fantasy owners also have to worry about Alvin Kamara,  whose consistent impact as a pass-catching back also leaches points from other members of the Saints' offense, and RB Mark Ingram gets a lot of work in the red zone too.

Bryant could fill in nicely in the slot for the Saints, if they decide to sign him, and he would be worth picking up. But starting him right away would be risky at best.
