It doesn't take a rocket scientist to pick up on two of the most obvious storylines as the latest Week 6 odds to make the NFL playoffs have been released.

The Green Bay Packers are just about the worst trending team in the NFL when it comes to making the 2018-19 playoffs. Life is only getting sweeter for all four of the top teams in the odds entering Week 5.

Green Bay has also crossed over the plus/minus threshold in the odds, falling from -170 likelihood to make the playoffs in Week 5. That's right folks, Aaron Rodgers' lingering knee injury and the Packers' lackluster 2-2-1 start is really starting to show in the books.

A third development worth noting is that the Cincinnati Bengals have very quietly snuck into a tie with the Jacksonville Jaguars for the fifth-best odds to make the postseason. And after an enormous leap in the odds from -600 to -20000 between Week 4 and Week 5, the Los Angeles Rams have plateaued at -20000 with an even push between Week 5 and 6.

The undefeated Kansas City Chiefs and star quarterback Patrick Mahomes made up for some of the massive gap between the Rams and the field after improving their second-best odds to a -6000 standing from -1300 a week ago.

Focusing more toward the bottom, the Arizona Cardinals have also set a new bar for biggest dark-horse odds in the league thus far at +10000 to make the postseason.
