If we had an over/under on the total number of NFL players returning from suspension in Week 5 set at 7.5, am I only the one who wouldn't bat an eye in taking the under?

Well, apparently I'd be dead wrong.

While New Orleans Saints running back and fantasy stud from a year ago, Mark Ingram, and Patriots WR Julian Edelman have stolen the majority of the spotlight of players returning from suspension this week, there's actually quite the laundry list getting back to action on both sides of the ball this week.

Edelman is arguably the most-anticipated returning player in Week 5. But with the Pats adding Josh Gordon to the receiving mix, Edelman won't be quite as lonesome when it comes to gobbling up fantasy production in New England.

As for the defensive side of the ball, Cincinnati Bengals linebacker Vontaze Burfict should make a huge difference after rejoining the Bengals' defensive effort. It likely won't be enough of a difference to reconsider the Bengals defense from a fantasy perspective, but it could be impactful enough to from a betting standpoint.
