The Los Angeles Rams are off to a flying start this season and look like the most complete team in football. Unfortunately, the Rams may have hit their first speed bump of 2018 thanks to an injury to their vaunted secondary.

According to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, cornerback Marcus Peters suffered a calf strain Sunday afternoon that is expected to keep him out of action for 2-4 weeks.

Losing Peters is a tough blow, to say the least. The former All-Pro corner has been an integral part of a Rams secondary that has limited opposing quarterbacks to 199 yards passing per game.

Despite potentially losing one of their top cornerbacks for tough games against the Vikings, Seahawks, Broncos, and 49ers, Los Angeles still figures to be a top fantasy defense going forward. Every level of the Rams' stop unit has more than enough talent to compensate for Peters' absence.
