3 WRs the Chiefs Can Still Target After Missing Out on JuJu Smith-Schuster

In a surprising turn, JuJu Smith-Schuster has re-signed with the Pittsburgh Steelers on a one-year deal. What was more surprising, though, was the list of teams that were in on the 24-year-old wideout.
Interestingly, JuJu turned down a pretty aggressive offer from the Kansas City Chiefs, who already have a host of talented weapons. But if Kansas City is dead set on adding another playmaker, here are three WRs the Chiefs can target after missing out on JuJu.
Chiefs Wide Receivers Rumors
3. Kenny Golladay, Detroit Lions
This one is obviously something of a pipe dream, but it's not completely unrealistic. While the Chiefs don't have the space to ink Golladay to the multi-year deal he's surely seeking, the WR market is tricky this year. The 2021 NFL Draft class is absolutely stacked at the position and that has seemingly made teams hesitant to shell out big money. We just saw Will Fuller take a one-year deal to join the Miami Dolphins as a result. Perhaps Golladay will have to settle for something similar. And if he does, few teams would give him a chance to maximize his value like the Chiefs. GM Brett Veach would have to do some salary cap magic to make this work, but we've we've seen him pull off similar tricks in the past.
2. Kenny Stills, Houston Texans
Kenny Stills would be a great body to add to the Chiefs' already-dangerous WR corps. Like Tyreek Hill, Stills is a burner and an excellent downfield playmaker, averaging 15.6 yards per catch over his eight-year career. It's not hard to envision Stills shining in the Sammy Watkins role for KC.
1. T.Y. Hilton, Indianapolis Colts
The Chiefs prioritize speed at WR. Even at 31 years old, there aren't many wideouts faster than T.Y. Hilton. Having Hilton line up opposite of Hill could be downright scary, and it should open up a ton of space for Travis Kelce to dominate over the middle. The FIU product would be a great pickup for the Chiefs.
