As we make our way into head-to-head fantasy baseball's Week 22, there are a few two-start pitchers that should be quality streaming options for those in need of some pitching help this upcoming week.
With that in mind, here are three two-start pitchers worth a waiver wire add for Week 22.
1. Sandy Alcantara, Miami Marlins
Sandy Alcantara has found himself in the loss column (12 losses) more often that not this season, but he could be a solid two-start streaming option for Week 22. The 23-year-old righty has a road start against a Pittsburgh Pirates club that's sports a .755 OPS in 2019 (No. 18 in MLB). His second start against the Kansas City Royals is much more favorable, as Kansas City owns a collective .704 OPS in 2019 (No. 28 in MLB). Alcantara is still available in 84 percent of Yahoo! Fantasy Baseball leagues.
2. Mike Leake, Arizona Diamondbacks
Mike Leake hasn't performed up to expectations since being traded to the Diamondbacks (1-2, 6.59 ERA), but he has a couple of good opportunities to get back on track this week. The 31-year-old righty will toe the rubber against a San Diego Padres club that's batting just .243 in 2019 (No. 25 in MLB) and is striking out 9.64 times per game (No. 27 in MLB). Leake's second start against the Cincinnati Reds is a tougher matchup, but Cincy's collective .755 OPS in 2019 (No. 21 in MLB) could point to a quality start for him. Leake is still available in 76 percent of Yahoo! Fantasy Baseball leagues.
3. Daniel Norris, Detroit Tigers
Daniel Norris has had a disappointing year (3-11, 4.66 ERA), but Week 22 could give him, and his fantasy owners, a good chance to finish the season strong. The 26-year-old southpaw has a favorable start against the Royals for his first start of the week. His second start against the Oakland Athletics on the road should be much more challenging, but the A's have struggled to hit at home this year, batting a collective .247 (No. 23 in MLB) at the Coliseum. Norris is still available in 97 percent of Yahoo! Fantasy Baseball leagues.
