3 Most Likely Upset Alerts for Alabama in the 2020 College Football Season
By Zach Brunner

The Alabama Crimson Tide enter yet another season being viewed as a contender for the National Championship. Under Nick Saban, the Alabama football program continues to be among the most premier programs in the country, acting as a go-to destination for top prospects that want to develop their skills, play on national television and be set up well heading into the NFL Draft.
Since Alabama continues to cycle through the best talent in the country, it should be considered favorites in nearly every game it plays. However, this does not make the Crimson Tide unbeatable.

Alabama Football Spreads 2020
All college football opponent rankings are according to The Duel's Top-25 Rankings by Odds to Win 2020 National Championship.
3. Week 13: Alabama (-13) vs No. 14 Auburn – Saturday, Nov. 28, 2020
While the spread is double digits, the final game of the year against the Auburn Tigers could be a dangerous one. The Iron Bowl is always a tough matchup, but having to go into Auburn in 2020 will make it that much more challenging for the Tide. Led by talented sophomore quarterback Bo Nix, the Crimson Tide will need to play a full four quarters to end the season on a high note.
2. Week 3: Alabama (-7) vs No. 4 Georgia – Saturday, Sept. 19, 2020
Alabama has won the last five games against the Georgia Bulldogs, but three of the last four games have been decided by one score. The Bulldogs also have Heisman candidate Jamie Newman, who was a graduate transfer from Wake Forest, playing quarterback. With this game being so early in the season, it could be tough for Alabama to prepare for Georgia with Newman at quarterback, since there won't be much film of him in his new role to work with.
1. Week 10: Alabama (-3) @ No. 6 LSU – Saturday, Nov. 7, 2020
Going to the reigning champion's house, this will be a very tough game for Alabama. While Joe Burrow is no longer throwing passes, Myles Brennan takes over and he still has a dangerous weapon at wide receiver, in Ja'Marr Chase. Yes, Alabama is the early favorite, but this game is essentially a pick' em and could come down to one final drive.
