When new NFL coaches get hired, it's not uncommon for them to clean house and get a fresh start with the franchise. New Arizona Cardinals head coach Kliff Kingsbury seems to be no exception, as Kyler Murray is a heavy favorite to be taken No. 1 overall, despite the Cardinals drafting Josh Rosen in the top-10 just last year.

Now, according to recent rumors, Pro Bowl cornerback Patrick Peterson is on the trade block as well. With that in mind, here are the three teams the superstar cornerback could be dealt to.

The Chiefs are going all-in for 2019 after trading for the Seahawks' edge rusher, Frank Clark. While their pass rush seems to be solid, Kansas City still gave up the second-most passing yards per game in 2018. Adding a DB that has been a Pro Bowler in each of his eight NFL seasons would certainly be a step toward improvement, although, the Chiefs might not have the assets to pull off that trade anymore.

2. New York Giants

The Giants have 12 selections in the 2019 NFL Draft and four of those are in the first 100 picks. General Manager Dave Gettleman thinks Eli Manning still has plenty left in the tank, so they are clearly intending to be competitive in 2019. One of the Giants biggest needs is secondary help, and they certainly have the capital to offer the rebuilding Arizona Cardinals in exchange for Peterson. Maybe they could figure out a way to pry both Peterson and Rosen from the Cardinals?

1. Oakland Raiders

The Raiders have landed plenty of offensive pieces in free agency, but their defense still needs a boost. Peterson would offer veteran leadership for their young secondary and would instantly change their defense. Oakland also has three first-round picks to play with. Unless they think they can find a perennial Pro Bowler with one of those, the Raiders would be wise to dangle some picks in front of the Cardinals.
