The 2022 NFL Draft is filled with talented wide receivers, including Arkansas' Treylon Burks. The Razorbacks standout has seen his draft stock remain steady as a likely late first round pick. That shouldn't come as a surprise given Burks' ability to haul in contested catches anywhere on the field.

Keep in mind Burks racked up 1,104 yards and 11 touchdowns on 66 receptions (12 games) during his junior season. It's clear that he has the potential to bring an immediate spark to an NFL offense, so lets' take a look at three of the most likely landing spots for the 22-year-old pass-catcher.

Treylon Burks NFL Draft

1. Philadelphia Eagles

The Eagles own two first-round picks (No. 15 and No. 18) and could use one of them to select their third first-round wide receiver in the last three years. It's worth noting that Philadelphia has targeted speed in the past with the likes of Jalen Reagor and DeVonta Smith, though. Burks is praised for his physicality and can take on the toughest of cornerbacks given his size (6-foot-2, 225 pounds). He would be a different kind of outside target for quarterback Jalen Hurts in an offense that averaged 11.1 yards per completion in 2021 (No. 4 in NFL). Burks has the potential to thrive in this spot if he can refine his route-running capabilities.

2. New England Patriots

Burks could end up playing alongside another former Arkansas standout in tight end Hunter Henry if he ends up in New England at No. 21 overall. The Patriots made deal to acquire DeVante Parker this offseason, but their depth chart still lacks physicality. Jakobi Meyers and Kendrick Bourne both play at their best when they take on shorter routes and are able to rack up yards after the catch. Meanwhile, Burks is explosive off the line of scrimmage and can power his way through defender at the point of contact. Giving quarterback Mac Jones a big outside target would certainly benefit his development as well.

3. Green Bay Packers

After receiving the No. 22 overall pick in a deal that sent away franchise wide receiver Davante Adams, the Packers could find their replacement right away. Burks' experience playing in the SEC should allow him to be ready to play under the bright lights with the reigning MVP Aaron Rodgers. The fact that he averaged 16.4 yards per reception in college is no joke, either. Burks thrives at making highlight reel plays once the ball is in his hands and has the body control to out jump his defenders for 50/50 balls. He could be the perfect spark plug to add to a WR core made up of veteran players.
