The New York Yankees have had an incredibly unlucky start to the season thanks to a bunch of injuries to key players and, as a result, they haven't performed like the World Series contenders many expected them to be. However, there are few free agents the Yankees can sign that could help them get back into contention.

Here are three free agents the Yankees should consider signing.

The Yankees' starting rotation has been bitten hard by the injury bug and adding another starting pitcher would help them stay afloat in the meantime. Keuchel would provide an instant upgrade over Domingo German and give New York arguably the best starting rotation in baseball once Luis Severino returns in May.

2. T.J. Rivera

Rivera may not be the ideal free agent splash the fans would want to see out of the team, but the club needs infield depth while Troy Tulowitzki, Didi Gregorius and Miguel Andujar get healthy. A career .304 hitter, capable of playing at the hot corner and at second base, signing Rivera would give the Yankees a much-needed versatile defender and quality bat to boot.

3. A.J. Ramos

How a former closer like Ramos is still a free agent is a little odd, but the Yankees should scoop him up while he's still available. The 32-year-old is a proven high-leverage reliever that can effectively fill in for the injured Dellin Betances for the time being. And once the latter gets healthy, having Ramos as another late inning option would make arguably the best bullpen in baseball even stronger.

New customers will get 40/1 on any of the Final Four teams to win the tournament.
