The San Francisco 49ers will look to earn their first home victory of the season when they host the Los Angeles Rams on Monday Night Football. FanDuel Sportsbook currently has the Rams slated as 3.5-point road favorites in a game that is sure to have an impact on the NFC West.

If you're looking to add a little more excitement to the game, here's a look at the three best Rams-49ers prop bets.

Rams vs 49ers Prop Bets Tonight

1. George Kittle - Receiving Yards: Over 59.5 (-122)

Tight end George Kittle returned to the field in Week 9 and immediately took over his role as quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo's favorite target. The former Iowa standout hauled in 6-of-8 targets for 108 yards and 1 touchdown. Kittle has a great shot to eclipse 60 receiving yards given the Rams are allowing over 10 yards per reception to opposing TEs this season. Kittle seems to be a lock to see five or more targets as the 49ers will look to keep pace with a dangerous Rams' passing attack. Overall, Kittle has hit this mark in five of his last seven games played dating back to last year.

2. Jimmy Garoppolo - Passing Yards: Under 250.5 (-110)

Yes, quarterback Jimmy Garopplo has thrown for over 300 yards in each of his last two games. However, the Rams have proven time and time again to have a stellar pass defense. This is a squad that is allowing just 9.4 yards per completion (T-7 in NFL) and has posted Football Outsiders' fifth-best pass defense DVOA rating so far this season. While this total may seem low, Garoppolo has been held to under 200 passing yards three times across his seven starts this year. The eighth-year pro is averaging just 250.6 yards through the air per game and it's hard to see him reaching that mark against the Rams tonight.

3. Van Jefferson - Any Time Touchdown Scorer (+185)

Wide receiver Roberts Woods recently went down with a torn ACL and that leaves the door open for second-year pro Van Jefferson to step into a bigger role on Monday night. This game is expected to see some scoring with a total set at 50.5 points and that bodes well for Jefferson's touchdown upside. Keep in mind that he has seen 6 red zone targets over the last three weeks and is becoming someone quarterback Matthew Stafford knows he can depend on. These odds are hard to pass up after learning that Jefferson has played in at least 84% of the offensive snaps in each of his last three games. Back him to score tonight even when Odell Beckham Jr. makes his limited Rams debut.
