The NFL's Week 8 slate features a Sunday Night Football clash between the Dallas Cowboys and Minnesota Vikings.

Here's three of the best prop bets for this SNF showdown, courtesy of FanDuel Sportsbook.

Cowboys vs Vikings SNF Prop Bets Tonight

1. Ezekiel Elliott - Rushing Yards: Over 74.5 (-115)

The Dallas Cowboys already rush the ball at the seventh-highest clip in the NFL (47.2%) and quarterback Dak Prescott continues to nurse an injury leading up to kickoff. That's the perfect recipe for a heavy dose of Ezekiel Elliott and the running game. Elliott should have no issues getting over 75 yards in primetime against the Vikings defense that ranks 26th in yards allowed (128.0).

2. Adam Thielen - Anytime Touchdown Scorer (+100)

The Dallas Cowboys secondary has been bad in 2021, giving up the seventh-most yards through the air thus far (295.0). Trevon Diggs is the one bright spot in this secondary with his league-leading 7 interceptions. But, he's been dealing with an ankle injury throughout the week. Diggs is likely to suit up and be all over leading Vikings wideout Justin Jefferson (59 targets). Fortunately, Minnesota has a great No. 2 option in Adam Thielen (50 targets, 37 receptions). Thielen leads the team in red zone targets (6) and hauled in 4 touchdowns on those targets. We love this matchup against a Cowboys defense that ranks bottom-10 in red zone percentage (70%).

3. Kirk Cousins - Passing Yards: Over 281.5 (-110)

We're heading back to the Dallas secondary with our last prop bet. Thinking about a bad secondary and its best cornerback nursing an injury is always enticing. Kirk Cousins and the Vikings offense knows how to put up offensive numbers, as well. Minnesota ranks sixth in the league in passing (286.3 yards per game) and Cousins has amassed 275 yards or more in four of Minnesota's six games. Cousins has hit 282 or more yards almost 50 times in his career. It's an easy mark for Cousins to cash in on in primetime.
