Super Bowl LVI is officially less than a week away. The Los Angeles Rams are 4-point favorites over the Cincinnati Bengals, according to FanDuel Sportsbook. But a spread bet is far from the only way to wager on the biggest game of the year.

Bengals vs Rams Prop Bets

There are an absurd number of prop bets available on FanDuel Sportsbook. If you need some help cutting through all the noise and identifying value, here are three of my favorite props to bet in Super Bowl LVI.

Super Bowl Prop Bets

3. 1st Quarter Spread - Los Angeles Rams: -0.5 (+112)

These two teams have settled into some clear patterns in the postseason. The Rams have been red-hot from the first whistle while the Bengals' offense has taken a lot longer to get going. LA has drawn first blood in each of its three playoff games, wrapping up the first quarter with a lead twice and a tie once. In fact, the Rams have outscored opponents 17-3 in the first quarter during the playoffs. That could've (and perhaps should've) been 24-3 had Matthew Stafford not thrown a goal-line INT on a tipped ball against the 49ers. The Bengals, meanwhile, have just one first-quarter touchdown this postseason, and that came against the lackluster Las Vegas Raiders' defense. It might take a few drives for the Bengals' young offense to settle into a groove against this star-studded veteran defense.

2. Player Longest Pass - Joe Burrow: Over 39.5 (-108)

The Bengals' passing attack is ridiculously explosive. Cincy generated the fourth-most explosive pass plays in the league (74), and that should be a problem for an LA defense that allowed the ninth-most explosive pass plays (61). The Bengals have also been generating more big plays than ever lately. This passing attack has seen 9 passes go for 39-plus yards across Burrow's last five starts, including 3 such plays through three playoff games. Meanwhile, the Rams have allowed 3 pass plays of at least 42 yards across their last two playoff games. You have to think this dynamic passing attack gets loose for at least one chunk play.

1. Player Rushing Yards - Matthew Stafford: Over 5.5 (-114)

Matthew Stafford didn't run very often in the regular season. He started 17 regular-season games, carrying the ball 3 times or fewer in 15 of 17 starts. But Stafford has proven he's willing to run the ball and put his body on the line in the postseason. He's carried the ball 4-plus times in each of his three playoff starts, averaging 12.0 rushing yards per game while recording at least 6 yards on the ground in all three. Expect that trend to continue on Sunday. Cincinnati has allowed the opposing QB to rush for at least 12 yards in all three of its playoff appearances, giving up 17.0 rushing yards per outing to QBs. Stafford is averaging 5.0 rushing attempts per game in the playoffs and he'd only need one or two solid scrambles to cash this prop. Back the former No. 1 overall pick in Super Bowl LVI.
