The 2021 Tokyo Olympic Games are well underway, and sports fans can put in wagers on a number of different events.

Canoeing is one of the more popular water-based sports at the Summer Olympic Games, having first been introduced back in 1936. However, this marks the first year that the men's K-4 500m competition will be a part of the Olympics.

The Germans previously won a gold medal in the same competition at the 2019 ICF Canoe Sprint World Championships. Spain, who placed second in that contest, has the second-best odds to win gold in Tokyo at +220.
