The Miami Dolphins will look to end a 4-game losing streak when they take on the winless Jacksonville Jaguars in London during Week 6. FanDuel Sportsbook has the Dolphins slated as 3.5-point favorites in a game that is expected to go down to the wire.
If you need some help with your fantasy lineups, here's some start 'em, sit 'em advice for this Week 6 AFC showdown.
Mike Gesicki Fantasy
Start Mike Gesicki, TE, Miami Dolphins: Tight end Mike Gesikci has started to take on a rather crucial role on this Miami offense. The young pass-catcher has seen a whopping 25 targets over the past three games and hauled in 19 of them for 186 yards and 1 touchdown. Gesicki ranks as the TE4 PPR-scoring TE over that time span and draws a great matchup in Week 6. The Jaguars are giving up the ninth-most PPR fantasy points to opposing TEs this season. Jacksonville has also given up 4 touchdowns to the position, which is tied for the highest mark in the NFL. Gesicki should have no trouble posting TE1 numbers again this week.
James Robinson Fantasy
Start James Robinson, RB, Jacksonville Jaguars: It certainly looks like head coach Urban Meyer has finally realized what James Robinson can do. The second-year pro has seen 36 carries and rushed for a ridiculous 227 yards over the last two games. Robinson has also scored 3 touchdowns during that span on a team-leading 7 red zone touches. Miami has been getting torched by the run all season and is giving up the second-most PPR fantasy points to opposing ball-carriers. Robinson should be able to keep his momentum rolling against a team allowing 4.4 yards per carry (T-No. 20 in NFL).
Jaylen Waddle Fantasy
Sit Jaylen Waddle, WR, Miami Dolphins: It has been a rather disappointing last few weeks for fantasy managers rostering wideout Jaylen Waddle. The rookie has caught 5 of his 10 targets for just 64 yards over the past two games, making it simply hard to trust him right now. Waddle's average of 8.6 yards per reception this season pales in comparison to the mark he posted in college (18.9) and he has seen just 2 red zone targets all year. The Jaguars have been sneaky good at covering WRs (2 touchdowns allowed), so leaving Waddle on the bench is a smart idea here.
Marvin Jones Fantasy
Sit Marvin Jones, WR, Jacksonville Jaguars: The Jaguars' passing attack has looked miserable lately and it has caused Marvin Jones' fantasy value to take a major hit. The veteran pass-catcher has come a long way since scoring touchdowns in back-to-back weeks to start the season. Facing the Dolphins is not a tough matchup, but starting a player that has just 4 receptions for 49 yards over the last two weeks is risky. While it is clear that Jones is going to get playing time, fantasy managers need to be looking at upside at this point in the season. For now, Jones doesn't have much, playing on an offense averaging just 218.6 passing yards per game (No. 27 in NFL).
