VIDEO: Barry Bonds Gets Huge Standing Ovation During Game 1 of the NBA Finals

The Chase Center was buzzing on Thursday night as the Golden State Warriors returned to the NBA Finals for the first time in three years. It's been a fantastic dynasty run, marking the franchise's sixth finals appearance in the past eight years and first appearance in this new state-of-the-art arena.

Naturally, the occasion called for a number of San Francisco celebrity appearances. None bigger than San Francisco Giants legend Barry Bonds, however.

It was a welcome only fitting for the greatest home run hitter of all-time, done in style by the Warriors faithful.

Game 1 didn't go according to plan for Stephen Curry and his squad, thanks to an incredible fourth quarter run from the Boston Celtics. Golden State still holds +140 odds to win the NBA Finals on FanDuel Sportsbook, and those odds could easily shift back in Golden State's favor with an important victory in Game 2.

The Warriors enter Game 2 as -172 favorites, with action set to tip off on Sunday, June 5 at 8 p.m. ET. Warriors and Giants fans should pay close attention to other celebrity sightings throughout the championship round.
