Stefon Diggs' fantasy football production hasn't been anything to write home about over the last few games, but he's still a terrific play in a Week 16 "Monday Night Football" matchup with the Green Bay Packers.

Adam Thielen Fantasy Outlook

Adam Thielen is off the injury report for the Minnesota Vikings, but he played just 51 percent of the team's offensive snaps in his return from injury in Week 15, and he's no guarantee for a full workload tonight. With just 49 snaps played and six targets since Week 7, rust and a possibly limited workload are both concerns for Thielen, clouding his fantasy outlook.

Thielen returning to a full workload wouldn't be too much of a hit for Diggs' value, either. The last full game Thielen played was in Week 6, and that week Diggs exploded for seven receptions, 167 yards and three TDs on 11 targets.

The Packers defense checks in at a middling 16th in Football Outsiders' pass defense DVOA rankings, and the Vikings' offense should be productive enough to support both wideouts in this one.

Accounting for the cloudy Thielen situation, our Week 16 PPR fantasy football rankings have Diggs at WR12 while Thielen is our WR24.
