The best team in the NFL stands to get even better as the Green Bay Packers (13-3) received some promising injury news on All-Pro left tackle David Bakhtiari.

Bakhtiari was a full participant in Green Bay's practice on Friday, the first time he's received such designation this entire season after tearing his ACL in December of 2020.

David Bakhtiari Injury Update

A three-time Pro Bowler and two-time All-Pro, Bakhtiari is an obvious bright spot on Green Bay's offensive line. The eight-year NFL veteran hasn't played a snap all year long as he continues to rehab back from this devastating knee injury.

Head coach Matt LaFleur told reporters there's a chance that his LT sees action against the Detroit Lions in Week 18 to help shake some rust off, but the plan is to gear him up for postseason action. Green Bay has already clinched the NFC's No. 1 seed and holds top odds (+380) to win Super Bowl LVI on FanDuel Sportsbook.

Yosh Nijman has started 8 games at LT in replacement for Bakhtiari thus far and Green Bay's O-line unit still ranks top-10 in sacks allowed (29) in 2021.
