Each week using the SIC score players page, the SIC staff picks a handful of DFS players with favorable matchups due to injury. Last week, our selections of Justin Jefferson, CeeDee Lamb and Jeff Wilson Jr. came through while Austin Ekeler had a rare dud of a game.

Check out more details here:

Tee Higgins, Projected FanDuel Points 12.75 ($7,600)

Coming off a bye week, Higgins should have no trouble getting open against the Pittsburgh Steelers. No. 1 cornerback Ahkello Witherspoon has not practiced this week with a hamstring injury and is likely to miss the contest.

In two weeks without Ja'Marr Chase, Higgins has averaged 10.95 fantasy points. Those are relatively lackluster numbers against the Cleveland Browns and Carolina Panthers, but the Steelers have allowed the second-most fantasy points to receivers this season.

Isiah Pacheco, Projected FanDuel Points 3.18 ($6,000)

Pacheco has started the last three games for the Kansas City Chiefs over former first-round pick Clyde Edwards-Helaire. He fumbled in the red zone last week and was still getting touches over CEH, so Andy Reid must trust him. He’s also averaging 4.7 yards per carry for the NFL's leading offense which is currently averaging 30 points per game.

This week he plays the Los Angeles Chargers, who have the 30th-ranked run defense as well as the lowest rush defense (63.3) SIC score.

Amari Cooper, Projected FanDuel Points 9.75 ($7,200)

Amari Cooper is the WR17 in fantasy football this year despite struggling on the road, where he's yet to finish above WR32.

Thankfully, this week's game between the Cleveland Browns and Buffalo Bills has been moved to a neutral site in Detroit due to inclement weather in Buffalo. That bodes well for Cooper, who has received 10 deep targets and 9 red zone targets this season.

Cooper is also facing a Bills defense bludgeoned by injuries, as Buffalo has the lowest pass defense (62.3) SIC score.

D.J. Moore, Projected FanDuel Points 11.34 ($6,700)

Top Panthers wideout D.J. Moore followed up a 152-yard game in Week 8 with just 6 catches for 53 yards over his last two contests combined but has a strong chance to bounce back against the fifth-worst passing defense in the NFL.

Even during their three-game winning streak, the Baltimore Ravens have still been soft in the secondary, and they can credit that to a 69.9 pass defense SIC score.

Moore had 5 receptions for 90 yards in his only career game versus Baltimore in 2018 and the Ravens are the sixth-worst fantasy defense against wide receivers at 31.1 points per game.
