The New England Patriots do not have a history of being forthcoming with their injury reports, and that is certainly the case as we head into the team's Week 12 matchup with the Dallas Cowboys at Foxborough.

One player in particular, wide receiver Mohamed Sanu, is questionable with an ankle injury and looking like a full-blown, game-time decision heading into a matchup with a 4:25 EST start time.

Sanu injured his ankle in the Pats' Week 12 win over the Philadelphia Eagles, and he was considered closer to doubtful just a day prior to the game. It now sounds like Sanu will test out the ankle prior to kickoff, at least opening the door for him to play. Due to how serious the injury was considered, Sanu makes for a very risky play against a Cowboys' defense giving up the third-fewest fantasy points to wide receivers.

If Sanu is ultimately ruled out, or is used as a decoy against Dallas, it will create opportunities for other New England receivers. Rookie N'Keal Harry made his NFL debut last week, and caught three passes (on four targets) for 18 yards. He could see even more balls thrown his way in Week 12, considering Sanu's status as well as Phillip Dorsett, who has yet to clear the concussion protocol and is looking close to doubtful.

While Harry, and fellow rookie Jakobi Meyers, could be in line for more work this Sunday, the situation is far from ideal. In addition to Dallas being a tough matchup, Tom Brady's performance has lagged in recent weeks, and he is also dealing with his own elbow injury.

On top of that, weather in New England is expected to be rainy and windy for kickoff, further complicating matters for the passing game.
