Jerry Jeudy Rookie of the Year Odds Suggest He's a Long Shot to Win the Award
By Zach Brunner

Touted as one of the most complete wide receivers to come out of college in some time, Jerry Jeudy was drafted No. 15 overall to the Denver Broncos. Despite being an immediate upgrade and a likely starter for the Broncos, Jeudy still finds himself as a long shot to win Offensive Rookie of the Year.
He's currently available at +1500, putting him in a three-way tie for the sixth-best odds to win the award, according to FanDuel Sportsbook.
Thrilled to be able to select Jerry Jeudy with the 15th overall pick.

He’s an explosive player who was the top WR on our board. Jerry’s an excellent route runner who knows how to get open, and he’s from a winning program at Alabama.

The former Alabama Crimson Tide wideout was the second wide receiver off the board, behind former teammate Henry Ruggs III. However, it's Jeudy that is projected to have the better season. FanDuel Sportsbook has Jeudy's receiving total set at 824.5 yards and 5.5 touchdowns, compared to Ruggs' 740.5 yards and 4.5 touchdowns.
Jeudy is expected to enter the starting lineup immediately, alongside last season's breakout star Courtland Sutton. The two highlight a young passing game, which features second-year pro Drew Lock at quarterback, second-year tight end Noah Fant, and fellow rookie wide receiver K.J. Hamler.
While Jeudy is an immensely talented rookie playing on a suddenly stacked offense, the odds for him to win Offensive Rookie of the Year are against him. He's tied with CeeDee Lamb for the best odds among all wide receivers, though the top five in the odds is entirely comprised of quarterbacks and running backs.

Joe Burrow (+220) and Tua Tagovailoa (+750) highlight the two favored quarterbacks. While Kansas City Chiefs running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire (+500) leads the way for the running backs, followed by Jonathan Taylor (+1000), D'Andre Swift (+1100) and Ke'Shawn Vaughn (+1500).
