Even if you've gotten off to a slow start, sometimes you're just a move or two away from turning your season around. And even the smallest of moves can sometimes reap the biggest rewards.

If you need to make some more moves on the margins, here are three of the best fantasy football waiver wire sleepers for Week 7.

Waiver Wire Sleepers Week 7

Note: Only players rostered in fewer than 20% of Yahoo! fantasy football leagues are in consideration for this list.

3. Donovan Peoples-Jones, WR, Cleveland Browns (2% Rostered)

Donovan Peoples-Jones is quietly carving out a pretty nice role for himself. He's seen 5-plus targets in back-to-back games, hauling in 9 catches for 171 yards and 2 touchdowns in that span. With both Kareem Hunt and Nick Chubb on the sidelines, it's possible that Cleveland is forced into some more pass-heavy game scripts. Given the way DPJ has looked, it's very possible he turns that into some real fantasy value.

2. Tyrod Taylor, QB, Houston Texans (4% Rostered)

Tyrod Taylor is eligible to come off the IR this week. Even though he's not guaranteed to return (he's listed as day-to-day), he could be someone worth stashing now if you're in a two-QB league. Taylor looked tremendous through two weeks, putting up 23.64 fantasy points in Week 1 and 16.5 fantasy points in Week 2 before leaving with a hamstring injury at halftime. With Houston likely to be forced into pass-heavy game scripts all season, Taylor's ability as a scrambler could help him return low-end QB1 value the rest of the way.

1. Demetric Felton, RB/WR, Cleveland Browns (9% Rostered)

D'Ernest Johnson is the Browns' running back generating most of the hype, but Demetric Felton is a nice outside-the-box add. Cleveland has used a two-RB system all year long, allowing both Nick Chubb and Kareem Hunt to thrive. But with both looking unlikely to play in Week 7, Felton has a shot to take over the Kareem Hunt role, particularly in the passing game. He's also got eligibility at WR on most platforms, which could help make him a great fill-in for managers dealing with six teams on bye in Week 7.
