FanDuel Fantasy Golf Picks for the Wyndham Championship 2022 at Sedgefield Country Club
With all four majors on the golf calendar done, PGA Tour pros move their attention to the Wyndham Championship at Sedgefield Country Club.
The field is similar to what it was last week at the Rocket Mortgage Classic, but not major-level strong. Let's take a look at three players to consider for your fantasy team ahead of the 2022 Wyndham Championship.
Wyndham Championship 2022 Fantasy Picks
Webb Simpson Fantasy
Webb Simpson dominates this event. He has only won it once in his career back in 2011, but in 13 career appearances, he has finished in the top-10 a whopping nine times and is currently on a run of five straight top-10 finishes, four of which are top-3 finishes. The field has some contenders this week, but certainly not a massively elite field. Sure he's missed tow of his last three cuts, but with his history here, I'm backing him regardless.
Kevin Kisner Fantasy
Kevin Kisner missed last week's cut, but was T21 and T6 in his two previous starts. And when it comes to his career at Sedgefield Country Club, it's very impressive. He is the current defending champion and finished T3 in 2020. He's got four top-10 finishes in seven career starts at this event.
Wyndham Championship Sleepers 2022
Justin Rose Fantasy
Justin Rose has competed in this event three times in his career, he has one top-10 finish (2021) and one top-five finish (2018). His game profiles well for this course. He's made five of his last six cuts and has three top-20 finishes in that time, including a T4 three starts ago. He's had an up-and-down season thus far, but overall his history at this course and experience as a player is something I'm always willing to consider with Rose.
