Updated (Sunday, 10:45 a.m. EST): DeAndre Hopkins is expected to play in Week 14 against the New York Giants. Hopkins remains a top WR1 option as Kyler Murray's favorite target.

DeAndre Hopkins has been a monster in his first season with the Arizona Cardinals, ranking near the top in production at his position. However, Hopkins is apparently dealing with a neck and back injury heading into Week 14's game against the New York Giants, which clouds his fantasy outlook.

DeAndre Hopkins Fantasy Outlook

Hopkins has played in all 12 games for Arizona this year, averaging 9.7 targets and turning those into 7.1 receptions and 84.9 yards per game. He is third in the league in receptions (85) and seventh in yards (1,019) during the 2020 campaign, developing an instant connection with starting QB Kyler Murray.

Hopkins ranks as WR6 in PPR scoring leagues this year, demonstrating his dominance. The wideout is putting up 17.9 fantasy points per game and remains a top WR1 after switching teams in the offseason.

Fantasy managers should keep an eye on Hopkins' status. It'd be encouraging if he can participate in practice on Friday, but he could be a game-time decision come Sunday. Hopefully, he'll be able to play against the Giants, who are allowing 35.61 fantasy points per game to WRs this season.

Larry Fitzgerald Fantasy Outlook

If Hopkins can't go, Larry Fitzgerald could be a worthwhile waiver wire pick up. Fitz is second on the team in receptions (43) and has the third-most targets (57) despite playing in only 10 games so far. He should be available in almost every league, should fantasy managers need a backup.
