Tom Brady could be without his favorite target for the next few weeks. Chris Godwin left the Tampa Bay Buccaneers' Week 3 game against the Denver Broncos due to a hamstring issue, and it appears the injury could sideline him for the next few games.

In fact, Godwin might not see the field again until Week 6. Expect Mike Evans, Scotty Miller and OJ Howard to see a decent boost in fantasy football value while the Penn State product is sidelined.

Mike Evans Fantasy Football Outlook

Evans has had a strange start to the year. He's finished with 2 receiving yards in two of his first three games this season, but he's salvaged his season by scoring 4 total touchdowns on the year. That has helped make him the WR11 in standard-scoring leagues (WR19 in PPR) despite having just 108 receiving yards.

Evans' ceiling goes up significantly without Godwin, though. Godwin has clearly been Brady's favorite target thus far, out-targeting Evans 13 to 8 in the two games they've played together this season.

Evans dominated in his lone game without Godwin. He turned 10 targets into 7 receptions for 104 yards. Serving as the clear-cut No. 1 option should raise both his floor and ceiling significantly, and he'll be a no-doubt WR1 while Godwin is out.

Scotty Miller Fantasy Football Outlook

Miller has been a surprisingly important cog in this Buccaneers' passing attack. He's seen 14 targets on the year, averaging 55.7 receiving yards per game.

Oddly enough, his worst game of the year came in the only game in which Godwin was sidelined, as he finished with 2 catches and 11 yards on 3 targets. Still, that's more of a fluke than anything to worry about. With Godwin sidelined it's fair to expect Miller to see a decent uptick in volume.

That should put him firmly on the WR3 radar as long as Godwin is out.
