Brewers' Full 2023 Season Schedule Revealed
The Milwaukee Brewers are in the middle of a battle for the final National League wild card spot. While the playoff race is stressful, Brewers fans received a temporary distraction with the release of the full 2023 MLB season schedule on Wednesday. `
Brewers Schedule 2023
Next year's MLB schedule features an exciting new change — all 30 teams will play against each other in 2023.
The Brewers will open up the 2023 MLB season on the road at Wrigley Field for the third consecutive year. They'll face the Chicago Cubs in a three-game series beginning on Thursday, March 30. The two NL Central rivals opened the 2021 campaign in the same manner, resulting in two wins for the Cubs.
Fans in Milwaukee won't have to wait long to see their club's home opener. The Brewers will see their first action at American Family Field with a three-game series against the New York Mets, kicking off on Monday, Apr. 3.
New interleague rules mean the Brewers will be seeing more American League teams than ever before. Both the Los Angeles Angeles and Oakland Athletics are making their first trips to Milwaukee in six years, while the 'Brew Crew' will also have fun road matchups against the likes of the Toronto Blue Jays and Seattle Mariners, just to name a few.
Funny enough, the Brewers will close out the year the same way that they'll begin it: against the Cubs. Milwaukee and Chicago will duke it out in another three-game series from Sept. 29 to Oct. 1, leaving time to tell if this series will have any playoff implications.
While a glimpse of the future is exciting, the Brewers must keep their nose to the grindstone. For now, they have +2100 odds (No. 7) to win the 2022 World Series, according to FanDuel Sportsbook.
