The Houston Texans have been losing offensive weapons left and right, which makes the matchup against a tough Chicago Bears' defense even more difficult. And now Brandin Cooks looks set to miss this game as well.

While it's obviously a tough break for an already-shorthanded passing game, this news does give Keke Coutee's fantasy outlook a significant boost.

The Texans lost top wide receiver Will Fuller to a season-ending suspension a little over a week ago. This alone was a massive hit to the receiving corps, as he was the one true dominant threat they had at the position. Now, without Cooks in the lineup, there are plenty of questions about where the targets will go on this offense.

Coutee looks like the safest bet to soak up the lion's share of the volume, however. Playing in an expanded role last week, Coutee turned 9 targets into 8 catches for 141 receiving yards. This was his only game of the year with more than 4 targets, however, so he's not necessarily a lock to receive that kind of volume again.

Coutee does most of his damage out of the slot. And with Bears' cornerback Buster Skrine, who often covers the slot, ruled out, the third-year receiver could be in for another big showing on Sunday.

He's an interesting WR3 option in PPR leagues this week, though his low floor makes him a bit of a risky option in Week 14.
