The 2021 NFL season kicked off with a bang in Week 1, with plenty of surprises and fantastic games. Another a full slate of games is upon us again this week, and there are plenty of matchups to place some wagers on.

We are going to go over three of the best bets to consider every week, which you can tail or fade. Let's take a look at what we got for NFL Week 2, with odds courtesy of FanDuel Sportsbook.

1. Los Angeles Rams (-4) @ Indianapolis Colts

The Los Angeles Rams looked as good as advertised last week, and Matthew Stafford looked like he's ready for an MVP-level campaign. The Indianapolis Colts, on the other hand, were dealt a tough home loss by the Seattle Seahawks. Indianapolis' offense was only able to muster 16 points against a defense far less talented than the one Los Angeles will bring to town this weekend. While the Colts are projected to be a better defense than the Chicago Bears' the Rams went up against in Week 1, Los Angeles still posted 34 points on that solid Chicago unit and looked like they were clicking on all cylinders.

2. New York Giants (+3) @ Washington Football Team

The New York Giants offense looked bleak in Week 1, and they draw an even tougher defensive matchup this week in Washington. However, where the Giants' advantage lies is in the loss Washington endured last week. Starting QB Ryan Fitzpatrick went down with a hip injury and that leaves Taylor Heinicke as the Week 2 starter, a clear downgrade. While he has some experience in this offense, this Giants defense is no joke either. They were able to penetrate the Broncos offensive line plenty last week, but had trouble actually bringing down the mobile and shifty Teddy Bridgewater. Heinicke doesn't have that same luxury. This could be a very low-scoring and defensive game, and it's always great to be getting points in a contest like that.

3. Arizona Cardinals (-3.5) vs Minnesota Vikings

Kyler Murray and the Arizona Cardinals looked fantastic in Week 1, beating down on the Tennessee Titans and holding Derrick Henry and Ryan Tannehill to games well below their standards. The Minnesota Vikings lost a game most expected them to win against the Cincinnati Bengals. The offensive line has been a question mark for the Vikings for a while now, and despite addressing it in ways this offseason, Chandler Jones made Taylor Lewan and the Titans' O-line look like a high school squad in Week 1. If Jones puts up another monster game for this Cardinals defense and Murray keeps doing his thing, this one could be a huge win for Arizona.
