Friday's NCAA Tournament action features a South Region matchup between the No. 5-seed Wisconsin Badgers (23-10) and the No. 12-seed Oregon Ducks (23-12). The Ducks are coming off of a Pac-12 Tournament Championship as they look to ride that momentum into their first matchup of the NCAA Tournament. The Badgers are 2-point favorites, according to FanDuel Sportsbook.

It's always good to get the opinion of an expert before making a wager on a game. Here is what some experts from around the industry are saying about this NCAA Tournament matchup.

Wisconsin vs Oregon Predictions

WagerTalk News

Christopher Feery, of WagerTalk News, thinks these squads are evenly matched, as the close spread suggests. Feery believes Oregon has been playing better basketball than the Badgers lately, so he's taking the Ducks to win straight up as 2-point underdogs.

GamingCopy

The crew from GamingCopy likes the Badgers to win this one. They haven't been clicking as well as the Ducks down the stretch, but they've had the better overall season. So, the GamingCopy staff are backing Wisconsin to cover as a 2-point favorite.

Sports Chat Place

The folks at Sports Chat Place think Wisconsin is the better team, but also believe it's hard to beat a squad that's as hot as Oregon is right now heading into the NCAA Tournament. They like the Ducks to cover the spread in this matchup.

ESPN Basketball Power Index

ESPN's BPI likes Wisconsin in this one, giving the Badgers a 67.9 percent chance of winning.

Overall, two of four expert predictions are rolling with the Badgers to win straight up, but two of three expert spread picks are calling for Oregon to cover as a 2-point underdog.
