It doesn't take a professional statistician to notice the skew between the first-half and second-half scoring among the previous three CFP matchups between these two teams. Given the first half yields nearly half as many points per game (20.67 points) as the second half (39.67).

Even though Clemson and Alabama have never combined to score more than 28 points the first half of any of their last three CFP meetings, FanDuel Sportsbook still has the first-half total set at 28.5 points with -110 odds on taking the under. Some food for thought as you decide where to wager.
