With one week left in most fantasy football leagues' regular season, owners are looking for that defensive unit to put them over the top. After all, getting a 15-spot from your defense will go a long way in boosting your score -- just ask owners of the Chicago Bears D/ST.

Here are three defenses that can send you into the fantasy playoffs, or win you your first-round matchup, this weekend.

3. Carolina Panthers at Tampa Bay Buccaneers

The Panthers have absolutely dominated the Bucs, winning nine of the last 11 meetings -- seven of those coming by 14 points or more. Sure, last week Jameis Winston looked like the No. 1 pick the Bucs have always wanted him to be, but he's still turning the ball over at a monumental rate. The Bucs may end up scoring a decent amount of points, but sacks, turnovers and a defensive touchdown are all likely going to take place on Sunday in Tampa. The Panthers are owned in 53 percent of Yahoo! fantasy football leagues meaning they're a viable option in nearly half of all leagues.

2. Miami Dolphins vs. Buffalo Bills

Picking on the Bills didn't work so well last week, but that's no reason to hop off the wagon now. This is still one of the worst offenses in football, despite rookie quarterback Josh Allen having some recent success. Remember, Allen has only thrown for more than 200 yards once in seven appearances this season. Look for Miami to make Allen beat them by throwing the ball, which probably won't end up working out for the Bills. The Dolphins are available in 89 percent of all Yahoo! fantasy football leagues so stream away.

1. Seattle Seahawks vs. San Francisco 49ers

Last week, the 49ers offensive line was absolutely dominated by a Tampa Bay front-seven that hasn't been able to generate much of a pass rush against anyone recently. Add in the fact that this game will be played in front of the 12th man in Seattle, and we've got ourselves a domination in the making. It appears like the Nick Mullens era was only a good idea against the Oakland Raiders, and it could keep getting worse on Sunday. The Seahawks are available in 72 percent of Yahoo! fantasy football leagues and it might be time to unleash the new-look Legion of Boom in Week 13.
