Most baseball fans were ripping Baltimore's Chris Davis during his record-breaking hitless streak, but one 59-year-old Orioles' fan never gave up on the slugger.

There are many ways to show appreciation for your favorite team or player, but Cheryl Doyle decided to get her first tattoo to prove she had Davis' back.

Thankfully, Doyle's support is not going unrewarded. Davis and the Orioles are sending some signed gifts as a thank you for her now-permanent fandom.

Davis has actually been hitting really well over the past week, as he's batting .385 with a home run and 2 RBI over the last seven days. Hopefully Doyle's dedicated fandom can help Davis maintain his strong play as of late.
