The Cleveland Browns haven't exactly enjoyed much success over the past two decades. In fact, they haven't made the postseason since 2002, and haven't won a playoff game since 1994.

But they've still managed to field some really talented players over the years. With that in mind, let's take a look at the three-most underrated Browns single-season performances since 2000.

3. Jamal Lewis, 2007

Jamal Lewis is famous for his absurdly productive tenure with the Baltimore Ravens, but don't forget about the stretch he put together in Cleveland. The 2007 campaign saw Lewis rack up 1,552 yards from scrimmage and 11 total touchdowns, averaging 4.4 yards per carry. Notably, the 86.9 yards per game he averaged on the ground was the second-best mark of his career, trailing only his legendary 2003 campaign (129.1).

2. Reuben Droughns, 2005

Payton Hills is the Browns' running back that gets all the attention for one standout single-season performance. But don't forget about Reuben Droughns' 2005 campaign. Though he somehow only found the end zone twice, Droughns racked up 1,601 yards from scrimmage while handling 348 touches. He never found much success after this, but averaging 100.1 yards from scrimmage over a full season is nothing to scoff at.

1. Braylon Edwards, 2007

Though he ultimately ended up being little more than a flash in the pan, Braylon Edwards once looked poised to be the NFL's next great wide receiver. In just his third season at the NFL level, Edwards put together a 1,289-yard, 16-TD campaign. It's become a bit of a forgotten season, though. It was overshadowed by Randy Moss' 23-TD year that same season, and Edwards would never reach 910 yards or even 8 touchdowns again.
