With T.Y. Hilton on the shelf in Week 9, Zach Pascal went off for five receptions, 76 yards and a touchdown on six targets against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Hilton isn't expected to return for a couple of weeks, and that means Pascal will serves as the Indianapolis Colts' No. 1 WR in a dreamy matchup against the Miami Dolphins, giving him a great fantasy outlook in Week 10.

Pascal's breakout has been a few weeks in the making. He showed flashes with 72 yards on seven targets when T.Y. Hilton sat out in Week 4, then had a breakout game with 106 yards and two TDs in Week 7. That led to a then season-high 92 percent snap share in Week 8, solidifying him as a starter and the top candidate to fill in when Hilton went down.

Now he's faced with one of the best matchups you could ask for. The Miami Dolphins defense ranks 32nd overall and 32nd against the pass in Football Outsiders' DVOA rankings, and nobody is giving up more than their 32.0 points per game.

This has, predictably, meant big things for their opponents' fantasy production, and they're giving up the seventh-most fantasy points per game to opposing wideouts.

Pascal was a top waiver wire target for Week 10, and you can feel good about starting him if you added him to your team. He sits at WR23 in our Week 10 PPR fantasy football rankings.
