The Bulls were also forced to cancel practice on Thursday, and there may be other team members who are ultimately ruled out as well. Their next matchup is Friday against the Memphis Grizzlies, so it will be important to monitor the news leading into that contest.
With LaVine out of the lineup, expect the offense to run through Nikola Vucevic. He’s posted a usage rate of 27.5% with LaVine off the court since being acquired before the trade deadline, and he leads the team with an average of 1.46 FanDuel points per minute in that situation.
Coby White has seen the largest usage bump among the regulars at 4.5%, but he’s averaged a paltry 0.52 FanDuel points per minute with LaVine off the court. That said, he would still deserve some consideration if he moves into the starting lineup.
