The Cleveland Browns' disappointing start has been one of the bigger stories of the year, but Odell Beckham Jr.'s lack of production has arguably been the most surprising facet of that development.

In fact, he's actually been getting outplayed by his teammate Jarvis Landry as of late. With that in mind, let's break down which Browns' receiver you'd rather own for the rest of the 2019 fantasy football season.

Odell Beckham Jr. Fantasy Outlook

Beckham is averaging only 70.2 receiving yards per game, which is the worst mark of his career. For all the talk about how Baker Mayfield was going to help take Beckham's game to the next level, the two have seemingly failed to develop a chemistry, and there's little to suggest a second-half breakout is imminent.

After seeing at least nine targets in each of his first three games with the Browns, Beckham has reached that target total only twice since Week 4.

The yardage and volume hasn't exactly reached his usual standard, but his lack of touchdowns has been the biggest hinderance to his value. He's only scored once this season, and hasn't found the end zone since Week 2.

Jarvis Landry Fantasy Outlook

Landry, meanwhile, is seemingly trending in the other direction. After taking a backseat to Beckham over the first three weeks, Landry has seen double-digit targets in four of his last six games.

He's also scored in back-to-back weeks, and is averaging 81.8 receiving yards on 9.0 targets and 5.8 receptions per game since Week 4. Landry might not have Beckham's ceiling, but he's been the more reliable fantasy producer of the two recently, particularly in PPR leagues.

While this might've seemed unthinkable entering the season, Landry might be the preferred fantasy asset in PPR leagues right now, while Beckham could hold more value in standard-scoring formats.

Of course, Beckham's talent is such that he could explode at any point, but right now, Landry looks to be the safer fantasy play.
