World Series Odds: Dodgers Slight Favorites Into Final Week of Regular Season on FanDuel Sportsbook

It's been a tight race over the final month of the season in the NL West, and MLB's top-2 teams will decide the division in the final week of the regular season. The Los Angeles Dodgers remain the World Series favorites despite trailing the San Francisco Giants by 2.0 games.

Both the Giants and Dodgers have reached 100 wins, while the NL East-leading Atlanta Braves have 83 wins and a 2.5-game lead over the Philadelphia Phillies in the final week of the season.

The other divisions are essentially decided, with the Houston Astros (+480) and Tampa Bay Rays (+600) just in front of the Giants (+700) in FanDuel Sportsbook's current odds to win the World Series. The Milwaukee Brewers and Chicago White Sox are both +750 to win the World Series.

The most remarkable move up the odds board has been by the St. Louis Cardinals, who were +21000 less than a month ago and are now +2500. The Cardinals have won 16 straight games, the longest streak in the National League since 1951.

St. Louis will secure a wild card in the NL, while the New York Yankees and Boston Red Sox lead a tight AL Wild Card chase. The Toronto Blue Jays and Oakland Athletics are within 2.0 games of the final Wild Card spot.
