World Series Odds Heavily Favor Dodgers Over Rays And Yankees

The 2020 MLB Playoffs are set. The 16-team postseason will kick off on Tuesday, but the latest odds, provided by FanDuel Sportsbook, can help fans get a feel for what's to come. And even a cursory look at the odds reveals that the Los Angeles Dodgers are the clear-cut favorites to win it all.

Los Angeles is available at +350 to win the 2020 World Series on FanDuel Sportsbook. The second-place team in the odds is Tampa Bay Rays (+700) with the New York Yankees (+750) trailing close behind.

Following the top three, there's a three-way tie for fourth place between the Minnesota Twins, Oakland Athletics and San Diego Padres at +1000. The Atlanta Braves (+1200), Chicago White Sox (+1500), Chicago Cubs (+1600) and Cleveland Indians (+1600) round out the rest of the top 10 in the odds.

Though the Dodgers are clearly the heavy favorites to win it all, the new playoff format could bring fans plenty of surprises come October.
