The women's French Open final is set, and Barbora Krejcikova (-125) is favored over Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova (+104) at FanDuel Sportsbook.
Krejcikova is the first Czech woman in 40 years to reach the final in Paris. Both women will be making their first appearance in a major final.
The women's 2021 French Open bracket has been filled with upsets throughout the tournament. The most recent was No. 8 seed and remaining tournament favorite Iga Swiatek getting defeated in the quarterfinals by No. 17 seed Maria Sakkari.
Then unseeded 25-year-old Krejcikova took out Sakkari 7-5, 4-6, 9-7 in a dramatic back-and-forth, roller-coaster contest in which Krejcikova saved a match point and overcame a wrong line call that held up her celebrations.
The 29-year-old Pavlyuchenkova won in straight sets over Tamara Zidanšek to reach the final. She's been playing professional tennis for 15 years, and no player has taken longer to reach their first major final than Pavlyuchenkova in her 52nd event.
