The Dallas Cowboys will look to stay atop the NFC East division when they host the Carolina Panthers in Week 4 NFL action. FanDuel Sportsbook has the Cowboys slated as 4.5-point favorites in a game that is full of playmakers on both sides of the football.

If you need some help with your fantasy lineups, here's some start 'em, sit 'em advice for this Week 4 NFC clash.

DJ Moore Fantasy

Start DJ Moore, WR, Carolina Panthers: Wide receiver DJ Moore has cemented himself as quarterback Sam Darnold's go-to option in the passing game. He leads the Panthers in both receptions (22) and receiving yards (285), while averaging a whopping 10.3 targets per game so far. The Cowboys are allowing the sixth-most PPR fantasy points to opposing WRs and have posted the 12th-worst pass defense DVOA rating in the NFL. There is room for Moore to explode in this game, especially if he can avoid being shadowed by Dallas cornerback Trevon Diggs. Slide him into the starting lineup and don't think twice about it.

CeeDee Lamb Fantasy

Start CeeDee Lamb, WR, Dallas Cowboys: The Panthers defense has been lights out on all fronts to start the season, so it is important to look at volume here. Wide receiver CeeDee Lamb has racked up at least 66 yards in each of the first three games and ranks first on the team with 27 targets. He has also showcased his ability to break tackles averaging 7.4 yards after the catch per reception. Quarterback Dak Prescott is going to make it a priority to keep Lamb involved in this one. The second-year pro is currently the WR16 in PPR scoring leagues and should be started every week.

Robby Anderson Fantasy

Sit Robby Anderson, WR, Carolina Panthers: Moore's emergence as a true No. 1 WR has caused Robby Anderson's fantasy outlook to take a major hit. The sixth-year pro has seen just 11 targets over the first three games and played in a season-low 64% of the offensive snaps in Week 3. Aside from a 57-yard touchdown in Week 1, he has been nonexistent in this offense. The Cowboys are not a tough matchup by any means, but it's hard to come up with a reason to start Anderson right now. He is best kept as a depth player until he proves he can put together a reliable performance.

Ezekiel Elliott Fantasy

Sit Ezekiel Elliott, RB, Dallas Cowboys: Fantasy managers rostering Ezekiel Elliott are not going to sit him this week. However, he is a name to avoid in the daily fantasy market. Carolina's defense has been stellar against the run giving up just 45.0 rushing yards per game (No. 1 in the NFL). They have posted the best rush defense DVOA rating so far and are allowing a ridiculously low 2.6 yards per carry. Backup running back Tony Pollard has also been eating into Elliott's carries, seeing 24 carries over the last two games. That lowers Elliott's chance of balling out in Week 4 even more.
