If you're still alive in the fantasy playoffs, hopefully you don't need to make too many moves on the waiver wire this week. But if you do, there are a few guys with the potential to make some real noise in the fantasy playoffs.

Here are the top waiver wire pickups for fantasy football heading into Week 15 (pending Monday Night Football).

Week 16 Waiver Wire

5. Gabriel Davis, WR, Bufalo Bills (19% Rostered)

Gabriel Davis has been a fantasy football monster since Emmanuel Sanders got hurt in Week 14. Davis has turned 15 targets into 10 receptions for 128 yards and 3 touchdowns in that span. If Sanders misses time again in Week 16, Davis would be a low-end WR2 or high-end WR3 option, even in a tough matchup with the New England Patriots.

4. Amon-Ra St. Brown, WR, Detroit Lions (29% Rostered)

We've covered Amon-Ra St. Brown in our sleepers article in back-to-back weeks. He's done more than enough to graduate to this column. The rookie has seen 11-plus targets in three straight weeks, turning 11.7 looks into 8.7 receptions for 83.0 yards per game with 2 touchdowns in that time. He'll face an Atlanta Falcons' defense that surrenders top-four PPR production to opposing wide receivers in Week 16. He's a great option if you need help at WR this week.

3. Ronald Jones, RB, Tampa Bay Buccaneers (34% Rostered)

Leonard Fournette went down with a hamstring injury, and there's no telling if he'll be available for Week 16. His absence would lead to a huge opportunity for Ronald Jones. Filling in for Fournette, Jones turned 8 carries into 63 rushing yards. Jones could be looking at around 20 carries against a Carolina Panthers' defense that ranks No. 21 by rush defense DVOA. That would make him a legit RB2 this weekend.

2. Samaje Perine, RB, Cincinnati Bengals (13% Rostered)

Samaje Perine was our top waiver wire sleeper back in Week 14. If you picked him up back then, you might be looking at a legit RB1 candidate thanks to the injury to Joe Mixon. While there's nothing definitive about Mixon's health just yet, it seems very possible (if not likely) that an ankle injury will sideline him in Week 16. The Cincinnati Bengals will face the Baltimore Ravens, who are a tough matchup, but the potential for Perine to handle 25-plus touches makes him a very compelling pickup.

1. Jeff Wilson Jr., RB, San Francisco 49ers (56% Rostered)

Jeff Wilson Jr. isn't technically eligible for this list, but it's close enough to warrant an exception. And if Wilson is available in your league, run out and get him as soon as possible. Wilson was excellent in relief of Elijah Mitchell, turning 23 touches into 119 yards from scrimmage and a touchdown. If Mitchell can't go again in Week 16, Wilson should be a rock-solid RB2 in Week 16.
