The Carolina Panthers hit the road in Week 16 to take on the Washington Football Team (6-8). The current NFC East leaders are 1-point favorites in this matchup, according to FanDuel Sportsbook's NFL betting odds.

If you need some help with your fantasy lineups, here's some start 'em, sit 'em advice for this Week 16 Panthers-Washington showdown.

DJ Moore Fantasy

Start DJ Moore, WR, Carolina Panthers: DJ Moore made his triumphant return in Week 15 after missing two games and did not disappoint. Moore turned 8 targets into 6 receptions and a season-high 131 yards against a Green Bay Packers defense that has allowed the eighth-fewest PPR fantasy points per game to WRs this season. Despite playing a similarly stingy Washington defense this week, it's clear that Moore remains Teddy Bridgewater's No. 1 option, and you can bank on him to produce in your starting lineup this week.

Antonio Gibson and J.D. McKissic Fantasy

Start Antonio Gibson/J.D. McKissic, RBs, Washington Football Team: Whichever Washington running back starts in Week 16 is in prime position for success. In Gibson's three prior games before the injury in Week 13, he was averaging 20.3 opportunities (16.3 rushes plus 4.3 targets) and 101.7 yards from scrimmage per game. McKissic, meanwhile is coming off of a Week 15 game where he saw 23 total opportunities (13 rushes plus 10 targets). The Panthers are allowing the seventh-most fantasy points per game to RBs this season, which bodes well for whoever gets the start for Washington.

Teddy Bridgewater Fantasy

Sit Teddy Bridgewater, QB, Carolina Panthers: Teddy Bridgewater hasn't lit up the box score in recent weeks, totaling 3 touchdowns (1 passing, 2 rushing) over the last three games. Without Bridgewater adding scores on the ground, his performances would've been even more forgettable. Washington is allowing the seventh-fewest fantasy points per game to opposing QBs this season and eighth-fewest passing yards per game. There are other QB streaming picks that are better options in the fantasy football championship.

Terry McLaurin Fantasy

Sit Terryy McLaurin, WR, Washington Football Team: Terry McLaurin has been one of the few standout offensive weapons for Washington this season, but he's doubtful for Week 16, which could eliminate him as a starting option anyways. However, even if he's able to suit up, the ankle injury he's dealing with could hamper his production. He's also been inconsistent in recent weeks, grabbing total 4 receptions from Weeks 13-14 before nabbing 7 catches in Week 15. His injury status, combined with the inconsistency, and given the fact Washington could have a new starting QB this week with Alex Smith possibly returning, sounds like a combination for a letdown in the fantasy championship.
