Week 16 Fantasy Picks: Start 'Em, Sit 'Em for Bears vs Jaguars

Week 16 brings fans a matchup between the Chicago Bears and Jacksonville Jaguars. With most Jaguars fans viewing this as a must-lose situation, so the team can move one step closer to securing Trevor Lawrence, Chicago is a 7.5-point home favorite over Jacksonville.

David Montgomery Fantasy

Start David Montgomery, RB, Chicago Bears: David Montgomery has really come on recently. The Bears' lead back has recorded at least 100 yards from scrimmage in four straight games, averaging 142.8 per game during that span. Facing one of the worst defenses in the league, don't expect Montgomery to slow down now.

James Robinson Fantasy

Start James Robinson, RB, Jacksonville Jaguars: If James Robinson is active, he should be in your lineup. The unheralded rookie has been one of the most consistent assets in fantasy this year, putting up at least double-digit PPR points in every single game this season. It looks like 10 points is his floor. Even in a tough matchup against the Bears, Robinson has simply been too good to bench.

Mitchell Trubisky Fantasy

Sit Mitchell Trubisky, QB, Chicago Bears: Mitchell Trubisky has been surprisingly effective for the Bears during their recent four-game run. And he does draw one of the best matchups possible, facing a terrible Jaguars' defense. But you just can't count on someone like Trubisky in the fantasy championships. He's been held under 15.0 fantasy points in five of his eight appearances on the year. He's simply too risky to trust here.

DJ Chark Fantasy

Sit DJ Chark, WR, Jacksonville Jaguars: DJ Chark has had a really underwhelming season. He's been held under 10.0 PPR points in five consecutive games, averaging 7.3 per game during that stretch. Now facing a Bears' defense that surrenders bottom-five PPR production to opposing WRs, Chark is a clear bench option this week.
