Week 15 Start 'Em, Sit 'Em for Fantasy Football

We're through bye week season and into the fantasy football playoffs, and that means you'll be facing even more decisions around who to play in fantasy football every week.
Who to Start in Fantasy Football
Having so many options at your disposal in the fantasy football playoffs makes it especially important to stay on the ball with the top fantasy football plays in Week 15.
If you need some help with your Week 15 lineup, here's some start 'em, sit 'em advice.
Start 'Em, Sit 'Em, Week 15 Quarterbacks
Start Ryan Tannehill (TEN vs HOU): It's hard to overstate how impressive Ryan Tannehill's production has been since taking over as the starting QB in Tennessee. He's scored at least 18.0 fantasy points in six of seven starts, averaging 22.0 per game. That's good for second (behind only Lamar Jackson) among QBs with at least four games played since Week 7. At this point he's essentially a lock as an every-week fantasy starter, and in Week 15 he also gets a plus matchup against a Houston Texans team that has allowed the sixth-most fantasy points to QBs this year.

Sit Aaron Rodgers (GB vs CHI): Aaron Rodgers' production is trending in the opposite direction. He's thrown for more than one TD in only one of his last five games. He scored at least 13.0 fantasy points in only one of those five, averaging 14.4 per game in that time. Things aren't likely to get much better against the Chicago Bears, as they rank seventh against the pass in Football Outsiders' defensive DVOA metric.
Start 'Em, Sit 'Em Week 15 Running Backs
Start Raheem Mostert (SF vs ATL): Mostert has taken over as the San Francisco 49ers' top RB, playing at least 60 percent of the offensive snaps and topping 20 PPR fantasy points in each of the last two weeks. The Atlanta Falcons rank 26th in defensive DVOA, and Mostert comes in at RB22 in our Week 15 PPR fantasy football rankings.
Sit Ronald Jones (TB at DET): Ronald Jones has been inconsistent all season, but he touched the ball 15 times last week and a matchup with the Detroit Lions might make him look interesting in the fantasy football playoffs. The Lions have been better against the run (18th in DVOA) than they are overall (28th), so the matchup isn't as good as it might seem on the surface. We've also seen this situation for Jones before, and he's only averaged 12.0 touches per game in weeks following 15-touch games.
Start 'Em, Sit 'Em Week 15 Wide Receivers
Start A.J. Brown (TEN vs HOU): A.J. Brown has broken out in lockstep with Tannehill. Since Week 7, Brown has averaged 14.4 PPR fantasy points per game. He's been especially good recently, with 23.5 in Week 12 and 33.6 in Week 14, and he brings that production into matchup with a Houston team that checks in at 27th in pass defense DVOA.

Sit JuJu Smith-Schuster (PIT vs BUF): JuJu Smith-Schuster is eyeing a Week 15 return, but he's almost impossible to trust in this one. Even if we just look at his nine full games this year, he's averaged 11.4 PPR points on 6.3 targets per game. He's not a lock to be 100-percent healthy after being sidelined since Week 11, and he's up against a Buffalo Bills' secondary that has held opposing WRs to the league's fifth-fewest PPR points per game.
