The New Orleans Saints will attempt to stay relevant in the NFC Wild Card race when they go on the road to take on the New York Jets in Week 14 NFL action. FanDuel Sportsbook has the Saints slated as 5-point favorites in a game that is sure to have fantasy football implications.

If you need some help with your fantasy lineups, here's some start 'em, sit 'em advice for this Week 14 clash.

Alvin Kamara Fantasy

Start Alvin Kamara, RB, New Orleans Saints: Running back Alvin Kamara is nearing a return from his knee injury and fantasy managers should have no worries about sliding him back into a starting spot. The fifth-year pro ranks as the No. 4 RB in PPR scoring leagues on a points-per-game basis and couldn't have asked for a better matchup on Sunday. The Jets have posted the third-worst rush defense DVOA rating and are allowing the most PPR fantasy points to opposing RBs this season. If Kamara ends up sitting out, backup Mark Ingram becomes a viable FLEX option as well.

Elijah Moore Fantasy

Start Elijah Moore, WR, New York Jets: One rookie wideout that continues to fly under the radar is Elijah Moore. The former Ole Miss standout is enjoying a breakout season over the last month or so. Moore has scored five touchdowns and racked up a total of 423 yards over his last five games, which ranks him as the No. 2 WR in PPR scoring leagues during that span. He has suddenly built a great chemistry with starting quarterback Zach Wilson and has a chance to keep his momentum going in Week 14. The Saints are giving up the fifth-most PPR fantasy points to opposing WRs this year. Start Moore with confidence.

Tre'Quan Smith Fantasy

Sit Tre'Quan Smith, WR, New Orleans Saints: The Saints' passing attack has not been very impressive from a fantasy football perspective this season. Tre'Quan Smith seems to have taken over the No. 1 wide receiver role, but he has not given fantasy managers any reason to trust him. While the 25-year-old has seen a team-high 20 targets over the last three games, he has racked up just 110 yards and 1 touchdown on 11 receptions. That is not going to get the job done, especially this close to the fantasy football playoffs. Keep in mind the Jets have only allowed 9 touchdowns to opposing WRs (No. 6 in NFL). Keep Smith on the bench until he proves to be more consistent.

Tevin Coleman Fantasy

Sit Tevin Coleman, RB, New York Jets: The absence of rookie running back Michael Carter has boosted Tevin Coleman into a starting position for the Jets. However, that doesn't mean he's an immediate starter in fantasy football, though. Coleman draws a nightmare matchup against a Saints defense that has shut down the run all year. In fact, New Orleans has posted the best rush defense DVOA rating and is allowing a league-best 3.6 yards per carry. Coleman is a great player to add off the waiver wire and stash on the bench. He just isn't worth starting in unfavorable matchups.
