The Cincinnati Bengals take on the Miami Dolphins in a matchup of two teams with exciting, young quarterbacks that are unfortunately going to miss Week 13. Even with Ryan Fitzpatrick starting in place of Tua Tagovailoa, Miami is an 11.5-point favorite, per FanDuel Sportsbook's NFL odds.

If you need some fantasy help, here's some start 'em, sit 'em advice for this Week 13 clash.

Giovani Bernard Fantasy

Start Giovani Bernard, RB, Cincinnati Bengals: Giovani Bernard hasn't been great since taking over for Joe Mixon. And things only got worse with Ryan Finley taking over for Joe Burrow. But even though Miami is generally a tough matchup, the Dolphins are vulnerable against the run. Brian Flores' defense is the league's eighth-worst unit against the run, per Football Outsiders' rush defense DVOA metrics. If Cincinnati is able to move the ball at all, Bernard is likely going to be a big reason why.

Ryan Fitzpatrick Fantasy

Start Ryan Fitzpatrick, QB, Miami Dolphins: Ryan Fitzpatrick was great before being replaced by Tua, finishing as fantasy's QB8 from Week 1-6. He actually improved upon that in his first start since Tua went down, finishing as the sixth-best fantasy QB in Week 12. Facing a bottom-five defense by DVOA, Fitzpatrick should be a rock-solid QB1 in Week 13.

A.J. Green Fantasy

Sit A.J. Green, WR, Cincinnati Bengals: The Bengals' QB situation is a mess right now. Whether it's Brandon Allen or Ryan Finley at the helm, A.J. Green is not someone you want to be starting in fantasy. Playing his first game of the year without Burrow, Green was held without a catch on 3 targets. That put him behind Tyler Boyd (6 targets) and Tee Higgins (5). Without Burrow, this offense is nowhere near good enough to support three fantasy-relevant wideouts. And Green looks like the one who will be on the outside looking in.

Salvon Ahmed Fantasy

Sit Salvon Ahmed, RB, Miami Dolphins: Salvon Ahmed was generating some real buzz while Myles Gaskin was injured. But with Gaskin looking likely to return on Sunday, Ahmed will probably be relegated to more of a reserve role in Week 13. Even in a plus matchup against the Bengals, Ahmed probably won't see enough volume to be on the fantasy radar.
